How to ask us to remove your account and personal data.
If you signed in with Facebook, Google or an email sign-in link and want us to delete everything we hold about you (your account record, saved addresses and order history), use either option below.
Option 1 · Email us
Send an email to info@loischloe.com.bd from the address tied to your account with the subject line Delete my account. Include the phone number you used at checkout if you have ordered from us before. We will confirm deletion within 14 days.
Option 2 · WhatsApp
Message us on WhatsApp at +880 1840 100 578 with the phrase “Please delete my account” and the email you used to sign in. Same 14-day turnaround.
What gets deleted
Your sign-in account record, saved delivery addresses, wishlist, and any personal fields attached to completed orders (name, phone, email, address). Financial records required by Bangladeshi commerce law are kept in a redacted form for up to 5 years.
Facebook login data
If you used “Continue with Facebook” to sign in, you can remove our access at any time from your Facebook account: facebook.com/settings → Business Integrations → Lois Chloe Sign-in → Remove. To also delete your shop account, use option 1 or 2 above.
